Honestly I've been debating with myself over whether I will be getting the warranty in a few months when I buy my fury. I'm leaning towards getting one. If you get the warranty at $500, then you are paying $125 per year for the extended coverage. Our current labor rate at our shop is $65/hr, so two hours of labor exceeds what you pay for the warranty per year. That is without even taking the cost of parts into consideration. The only reason I am even considering not getting the warranty is because I'm friends with the mechanics (free labor after hours) and get a good discount on parts. In my expert professional opinion, an extra 4 years of warranty for $500 gives a lot of peace of mind.
