Richard,THATS THE KEY!ALL THE MONEY YOU HAVE SPENT THERE.Maybe you need to remind them of that,thats exactly what my dealerships manager said to his GM,and then she caved.You have given them some MAJOR JACK with that sweet ride that you have and they know it.Let them know that other dealerships are giving it up for 500 clams and you expect the same courtesy.Its the same warranty as Directline and they know it.
