I wasn't insinuating that you were a bad tech at all. Actually I didn't even know you were a tech. I was just making the statement that some dealers do well with warranties with the right people and policies in place.
Sometimes the additional warranty income can be a bargaining point for a customer trying to get a reasonable deal on a warranty.
