I mean if the Evo is smaller, the bike uses copper L brakets to connect terminals, will there be enough room to pull the cables up and connect all the accessories?? Extra lights and heated jacket connector?? The space is small for the Fury battery house.
Thanks for the heads up on your Company!

Any thought on a GROUP/FORUM sale on batteries?? Just a thought.
Hi, I would recommend the 12 Cell for the Fury. We have only built the battery in one configuration. Because the battery is SO much smaller and can me mounted in any orientation its more adaptable than the stock battery.

The additional accessories should not be a problem as they will run off the stator when the bike is running. That being said, if you think any of it could cause a parasitic draw on the battery when the bike is not running, disconnct the battery.

Especially when charging $237.99 for a battery. What is the benefit? I can replace a factory battery many times for that.
We are now offering a industry leading 3 year warranty and lowered the price to $189.99 for a 12 Cell EVO 2

Sorry for the delay. I simply missed the thread. Please accept my apologies!

I would say the 8 cell would do fine in the Fury unless you have motor work or lots of extra lights then maybe go with the 12 cell.
Although you are 100% correct, due to the ring area on the fury I would recommend the 12 Cell EVO 2.

Chip:
On your website you talk about avoiding parasitic drain on the battery. We have fuel injection with an ECM that has a memory and would be a slight power draw. How does this affect the battery?

The ECU/ECM does not have a draw for memory. You can take the ECU out for a year and plug it back in.....it doesn't forget.

A Parasitic draw I would be concerned with would be an alarm, external lights, radar detectors, grip heaters, GPS systems, refrigerators, hot tubs, etc.....etc....

I don't see where I can buy these batteries any place. Is there a website that sells these?

So... read the website... see that cold reduces efficiency of the battery (having relocated to Canada, this makes a difference!)... emailed for additional info... was directed to the website... Additional info required! How does cold effect the performance... What temperature reduces deliverable starting charge? Is there a work-around? Fills us in, so we can make a reasonable decision. I'm looking for a new battery come spring, and the reduced weight/size surely does attract me, but... ADDITIONAL INFO MUCH APPRECIATED! Thanks!

I couldn't find any place that sold the 12 cell. Ended up calling them directly.
Will post thoughts when it's installed.

Has anyone bought a Ballistic battery? If so, any comments. My stock battery is on the outs and the my charger will get it charged up but it loses charge fairly quick. Hence, in the market for a new battery.
