Good to see all my east coast brothers in here. We will have to get together , do some mods and ride sometime this spring or summer. One good way to get us all on a good ride would be the 911 ride. They have a start point in fla and go thru Washington dc .... Then to NYC twin towers. Or just make it to indyfest or sturgis. Please chime in and let everyone know what you plan to do this year. If you have ever done these events....please educate us noobs.

I was at Indyfest #1 last summer. What a ride. 9 1/2 hours. What a ball. I am going again this year but I am also planning a trip to New York on the Fury. I am planning on getting in touch with some of the Fury brothers up that way to show me around if they are able when I go up north. I hate to wish my life away, but, come on summer.

I never did like the term "ground zero". Just like to remember the area as the twin towers. As a cop....I guess I'm not PC. No disrespect intended.

Intially i was taken aback, but i figured it was a simple mistake. As my wife pointed out, the term Twin Towers hasnt been used in decades. Before 9/11 the location was known as World Trade Center by most. To hear someone call it Twin Towers i guess i did take offense, just a little. But again, i chaulked it up to the fact that you may not have known, so its all good. And if you want to keep the Twin Towers alive, please do. Just keep in mind your gonna get some really strange looks if you say that around here.

Your right though, Ground Zero does sound cold. But after 9/11, nothing here has been the same.
