Default Cheap Brake Pads

Just bought a set of rear brake pads for $4.99. Yes, 5 bucks. I am going to give them a shot. I don't know how they will stop or last, but for $5, I am willing to give them a shot. I wouldn't trust them on the front until I get a feel for how they work on the rear. Here's the link...

Since they're "Non-sintered / Organic", they should be quite alright; they won't eat your rotor's like a lot of the metalic/ceramics would. And you certainly can't beat the price! My two-bits........

Cheers

Take the money you saved on brake pads and invest it in brake dust cleaner because you are going to need it.

I wouldn't "mess" with the brakes, I would only use original honda pads. What is a few dollars compared to possible increased brake distance?

I disagree; he said he was going to test them and make a performance comparison. Without such trials and evaluations, nothing ever changes or moves forward. Just my two-bits..................

@bar: To each his own

Btw bit strange that they advertise with the following text:

2010-2011 Honda VT 1300 CXA Fury (Non ABS Model)

Considering the cxa model IS the abs model.
