Bill at BR Custom Cycles hooked me up with these, along with extended platinum cables and brake line from Barnett.

I finished solderin the connections at the controls and pulled everything inside the bars, I'm still soldering the harness back together inside the headlight for the last connections. Hopefully I'll have those connections done today, and I'll move onto the speedo bracket (or just decide to replace the speedo).
The whole springer idea is mainly what's keeping me from getting the 8° trees and 3" extensions. If somebody gets it buttoned up as a kit I'm all over it. DNA makes some decent springer front ends on ebay for about $500. Just have to figure out how to make it fit.
