Angry Viper-2 touches the road surface on sharp curve

I love my Viper-2 exhaust. I like how it sounds, I love how it looks... but it is already twice I've scratched its end when I was lying down my bike on sharp curve. You know, riding Fury it's as easy as riding bicycle, an I enjoy it, but this things made me mad. .

Now is the question: How do I fix these scratches? However you can't see them from the top, but you know that it's there.

Thanks,

Someone else had a pic of the cobra swepts with scratches from rubbing the ground.
Why fix it if your gonna do it again? Guess we just gotta go into sharp curvs a little slower.

I would just leave it; chances are you’re going to do it again. Is it going to be that noticeable?

I've come to realize this isn't a "sport" bike.......It's a chopper.......Yes it WILL turn quite nicely, but I think we all need to realize it's not a CBR1000

I for one, don't lean it over nearly as much as I used to....I have to Cobra swepts and don't want them scratched.

Thanks,
I have the viper 2's and so far so good. I lay over quite a bit as i also ride a gsxr 750. so far only the stock pegs have grinded. now that i have changed pegs i've taken corners a little less agressive. those kind of scratches add character.

If you're scratching the Vipers, Imagine how screwed up your stock pipe would be. The Vipers are tucked up quite a bit, maybe take the turns a little slower

Grin and bare it. As Predator said, "If you're scratching the Vipers, Imagine how screwed up your stock pipe would be."

I visited the Dragon not too long ago, and I wasn't riding that aggressively and I managed to scrape the heck out of my V2s. My concern was I didn't want it to rust so what I did was I went to my handy dandy beautification supply house and bought some chrome nail polish and painted her up.

It looks great and I'm not worried about rust.

I think I had mine scraped within the first 10 miles of riding after i got them. I'd like to think it won't happen again, but...
