I spoke with kelly on the phone this past monday 7/12/10 He apologized and said he was issuing my refund by end of business day. It is now 7/16/10 and the refund has still not been posted to my transactions list on my online account.  If I were you, I wouldn't send them a dime until they get straightened out. Consider yourself warned

Gianni has made it his personal quest to get this settled for me. They are supposed to be mailing me out a check on monday and he is supposed to call me with a tracking number. It was originally supposed to be last monday but he had a death in the family that kept him out of the office for a week. He has been a TON of help so far so I didn't complain.

Almost another month has past Ryan, what’s the latest? From your previous post, I assume you got a check and all is good.
You gonna be here for the Sept 25-26 gathering?

I'm still waiting for them to write a check and put it in the mailbox. They must be the busiest people in the world....  I want to come to the gathering but I won't know about work until the last minute....
