I appreciate everyone posting the good and bad on this forum! Its why when I did my exhaust research and went with cobra. Yes i know everyones got them but this is a good reason they probably do... Got my pipes in a week. I also had the dealership call me on a customer they had that wanted Vipers and I forwarded the dealership this thread. He bought the Cobras.

I hate people are having to wait and not even sure if they'll even get their pipes, but by posting your troubles you help out soo many others! Hope it works out for everyone with Fuggin.

I actually kinda like those pipes. Yeah, maybe a little more rounded instead, but if I didn't already have my viper2's on, I would give those some serious consideration.

Got an Email from Kelly today. He tells me that they are being chromed right now, and should be finished by weeks end. To help with the added frustration, he is over nighting them to me when completed. God, i hope they get here in one piece and the chrome is 100%.

At least now there is some communication. That's what was bothering me the most. Hopefully it is just a customer service issue and they get everything cleaned up. Nothing worse than bad press.

I called and talked to Fuggins today they told me to call Pipe City if I wanted to order their parts #408-632-2700. I ask them to post a update on their status so all of our questions could be answered .

what time of day did you talk to them? and what number did you call? I still haven't heard a single word from them and they haven't returned any of my calls or emails or messages. If I can't get ahold of him soon, I'm gonna have no choice but to go file a lawsuit in small claims court. And I REALLY don't want to do that!

so here it is 6:30PM my time, and guess what, no pipes and no word. I immediately sent both Kelly @ Fuggin and Le Jon @ FullMoon an Email trying to find out what the flavor of BS is today, as there was no word from either about my pipes.

According to Kelly, he has had nothing but troubles with platers and coaters there in Cali. Kelly has now asked me to give him until Wed. before i get my credit card involved.

Now i have to vent ... I CANT F*ING STAND IT ANY MORE. I FEEL LIKE IM GETTING F*ING JERKED AROUND AND FOR $800 IM F*ING SICK OF IT! COBRA AND THIER BULLS*T ABOUT THE INTAKE BEING PUSHED BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN ... I SWEAR TO CHRIST ... DO THESE GUYS ALL GO TO THE SAME SCHOOL OF BUSINESS WHERE YOU TAKE A CUSTOMERS MONEY AND THEN JERK THEM AROUND FOR WEEKS ON END?

Wed. cant come soon enough. Ill either have my parts, or my C.C. will be refunding me over a grand.

I feel for you. I've got a narley looking spike filter sitting in the living room, waiting for L&M chromed adapter (4 week backlog) and Viper 2's with their FM mod. On top of that, I just got my C&C seat yesterday but Rain, Rain, Rain in Friggin June on the Northern Cali Coast. I tell you, it's a conspiracy. Got the Bike around the end of April which was a nice month weather wise and have only 450 miles on it, most of which were in cold, windy, and foggy weather in between "unseasonable" rain storms! Sorry for the rant, but I gotta vent somewhere.

I'm still waiting for my refund too. I've got just under $1200 coming to me. The original purchase was made in September of 2009. You're not the only one being jerked around.
