Ryan, didn’t they tell you at one point they credited your credit card and then didn’t do it? I know a lot of people on here are buying their products and don’t seem to have any problem. This just doesn’t make much sense. If this has been going on for almost a year, they need to pay you some interest or something. Keep us posted.

Kelly said that he had been told that my card was credited and that it was never done. He asked if I still wanted it credited or if I wanted him to mail me a check. I said whatever was easier for him was fine. That was a month ago and still nothing.

So it’s not like there is a dispute over the products you returned or anything? They’re just not sending you your fricken money.

Richard, what is that email address, I'll send one on Rguy's behalf as well....seems to me if a bunch of us send them something and let them know they already have lost sales because of this, they might do the right thing and give him his money plus some interest back.

PM replied. At this point, I'll take any and all help I can get. I hate the feeling like I'm gathering people to "gang up" on Fuggin, but this situation is unacceptable. It only takes 5 minutes to credit my card, I don't wanna hear "we're just so busy with the move....." any more! I'm paying interest on this credit card while they're fooling around with my money!
