Thumbs up Viper 2 exhaust.

For those of you on the fence, or just want to be different from those who have the Cobra Swepts ... you cant go wrong with the V2s. I bought mine through

Full Moon Motor Sports- Harley Davidson Parts Fontana CA, Los Angeles, California, Inland Empire, Motorcycle Wheels, Victory motorcycles,Brakes, Dragonfly Cycle Concepts, Motorcycle Exhaust, Rinehart Exhaust Harley,Harley Accessories, Saddlebags,

Le Jon worked hard through my ordeal with getting these pipes. I would recommend him and his site to anyone. Best prices around.

Kelly .. its been said on the other post, but he stood by his word and got the Vipers out to me ASAP. Man, i cant say it enough ... these pipes rock. With these noisey beasts on .. the Fury doesnt sound like an import at all. I cant wait till tomorrow when i get to show up a guy at work with his Vance & Hines on his VTX. The Viper is so much louder and better sounding IMHO. After switching out from stock you will ride around like this all the time ..

Yeah, they are just that good.

Congrats on the long list of parts insatlled. Believe me when i tell you that you will be grinning from ear to ear when you get these installed. Just keep an eye on your boots and your jeans, as both with scortch from the pipes sticking out a little more.

Happy B day. Mines Thurs. I plan on installing my forward controls and my intake for my Bday.

here is a pic to show how the supplied bracket attaches to the bottom hole left open when you remove the factory muffler brace ( bottom finger pointing to the hole ). One bolt goes here, the other slides into the Viper. I painted the head of the Fuggin bolt, cause with it being steel on black frame it just stuck out like a sore thumb.

looking down onto the bracket.

this info alone will save you as much as an hour trying to figure out how the hell these pipes install.

Don't get the cobras! Listen to cbsimonsez!
The cobras look good but you will probably not be happy with how loud they are. Well, how loud they are NOT.

I got and put on my Vipers last thursday night while doing a valve inspection and putting on the pair valve block off plates. Discovered you cant remove/put on the timing cover plate with the exhaust on. Had to loosen them to get the cover on and the new gaskets seem to still be sealing just fine.

The pipes are a little too loud when getting on it (cops that wanna mess with you),so I've been learning how to ride "quite". They do sound awesome, love the decel. By the way havent heard any backfiring whatsoever most likely because the pair valve is sitting on the shelf.

The only change to the modes I've made on the Fuggin fuel controller is to bump mode 2 up 1/2 a point just to richen the accel a little. Have a D&M twisted spike with a K&N filter. About a 120 miles so far and no discoloring noticeable. Very light soot in the pipe.

Overall I love them.
