Well it's good to see you on the board and answering questions quickly, that's a departure from the past where you would usually have to wait days or weeks to hear something back. Sounds good about having as much as you can in house and that way you know exactly when something's going to be finished compared waiting on someone else. I'm starting to rethink my position on the new organization and I hope things continue to go in the right direction like you are saying.

Ok, here's a problem for you to tackle. Where's my refund that I was promised? If you search for the thread titled "calling fuggin fab" you'll be able to catch up on what's been happening. The latest was last week, Drew asked me to email him a copy of my original invoice and told me that he would be mailing me a check. I emailed him what he asked for. I've called several times since just to follow up and make sure he got it and was able to read it and that everything went through ok. Either there's no answer or my messages aren't returned. I'd just like to know if he got what he needed and what the status is. I know you're coming in late to this problem but your original post stated that you are now the go to guy for problems, orders, questions, etc. Well, I'd sure like to have these questions answered. Thanks.

This issue still hasn't been resolved? Allow me to prognosticate; they're going to tell you that this whole thing was the previous owner's problem, and that they (the new owners) are not responsible for any previous transactions. I can see it comin', sure as tomorrow's sunrise. LOL.

Both Andrew and I have read the 11 page thread that you started. I asked Drew about it. I'm not sure if he was discussing the same thing as I.

Are you the customer who bought a set of pipes, installed them yourself, and they came loose and damaged the pipes and your engine case?

If not please PM or call Andrew and explain to him what is going on etc...

We will look into it, but please remember we are an outside sales force, and while we can bring things to their attention. The final say so belongs solely to Drew.

Nah, I've spoken with Drew and he genuinely seems to want to get the problem solved. Now that he has everything he's asked me for, it's just back to waiting again. I'm just wondering if the message I sent him went through correctly which is why I made my previous post today. Just trying to follow up and make sure my end has been taken care of properly. I have faith.

To clarify, I have absolutely no personal interest in this issue whatsoever (no dog in this fight), and have had no direct contact with either party and am not privy to any details of the transaction, other than what has been presented here on the Forum, and that's, regrettably and remarkably, all been one-sided. But it just keeps cropping-up and I can't believe that it's been allowed to drag-out this long, seemingly to the detriment of all concerned. Final clarification/resolution would be of value to everyone on the Forum. My humble opinion, FWIW...................

Understood. I've already called ryguy00 and had a very nice chat with him, and let him know that I will be at Drew's Performance tomorrow and will have it resolved tomorrow. The resolution will be either a refund or having his pipes returned to him.

This fire will be put out for good.
