Default Any interest in Down Under Bracket ???

I have been helping with some r&d for a "down under bracket " for the Fury, it will consist of a bracket and bolt that allows the caliper to sit below the swingarm, and looks like it will need a new rear brake line. If there is interest he will continue to perfect it, if not he is going to drop the idea.
The advantage of this would be to allow more of the rear wheel to show, for a better look.

Let me know what you all think

It does clean up the area above swing arm which I like but would have questions ??
Cost ?
Does it effect caliper in it's function or longevity ?
Does positioning it there have any issues with heat from pipes ?

Here is a link to the VTXOA about it, it has been a popular mod on VTXs for awhile, papa came up with it when he fendered his VTX, he was making them.
Down Under Brake Caliper Bracket from Glens VTX Garage

looks like it would be in the $55 range, but I am not the one setting prices, so don't hold him to it. If he includes the longer brake line, it will surely be more.

I think it's worth it ! But I'm just 1 owner . If it comes out it would be a mod I would probably do.

I like it. Gives more of a view of my chrome wheels.

I'm pretty sure this would fit the Sabre so I'd be down for one.....

Of course not but there is a lot more water and dirt in the line of fire at the bottom . The rotors will likely score more and the pads wear faster would be my guess. Water goes everywhere but I would think the spray coming off the rear tire and rotor to the rear means less water and abrasives on a top caliper when it's raining. No big deal for the show bikes but something to think about for those who like tripping and get caught in the rain .
