Metzeler's spec on the 240 is 239 mm on a 8½" rim. Pinched in to 7" you loose about ¾" or 19 mm of tire width. Should be similar to a 220 on a correct rim.
The stock fury rubber measures 8" and the Sumo-X measures 10" as far as I know. I would expect the M240 on a 7" rim to measure 8⅔" - 9".
Get yourself a straight edge on either side of the mounted tire and measure the gap so we can all get some sleep
