Total cost was $7 and some change. I can get them at a local bolt and fastener store. They have the skull, Maltese cross, flames, eagle (attacking in flight type stance, you know the one), and I can't remember the other few. They are actually used for bolt head covers for a bolt that shows but decorate it up a bit. It has a clamp on the inside to clip onto the bolt head, I just left alone. I simply had a spare key made, cut the head off and jb welded it in. Takes patience to keep key straight, but I used 4 min jb weld, so wasn't too bad. Looks very clean when in ignition, takes a firm grip to turn, but all around a cool mod. I set the skull straight with the key, not the ignition, but still looks good even though not straight up and down when inserted.

This is where I got my key mod from.
Not as cheap or as slick looking but a lot to pick from.
It comes with a slot in it and you just grind the sides off your key and JB Weld!

Yep, I got these at a music store they are used as volume control knobs, they are made of metal and chromed.. had to drill out the plastic piece and that let enough room to tightly fit the key, then added the JB weld and wala
