Fury Windshields

Has anyone bought the CUSTOM WORLD INTERNATIONAL Windshield for the Honda Fury?

I'm interested in buying a functional windshield for my fury and this brand seems to be have good looks but also seems to be just big enough to keep the bugs of my face. Would like to confirm this with someone that has one installed.

I looked at a ton of them and settled on the Memphis Shades Sportshield. It comes off in 2 seconds, and the hardware that remains on the bike is very minimal. I live South of Camp Pendleton in Carlsbad, CA, and to go North I have to jump on the I-5 for 30 miles. Traffic goes along at about 80 there and without a windshield, a round trip beats the hell out of me. The sportshield works great. Only use it for those specific trips and have no problem with the little clamps that stay on the fork.

BTW, I originally bought the wrong mounts - I bought the mounts for the bigger Memphis Shades shields - my error, but if you are looking at those, send me a note and I can make a great deal on the quick release triggers for that shield.

I agree with the Memphis Shades. After reviewing a few Forum posts, it appears that the Big Shot by Memphis Shades is the best deal for the Fury in price, quality, and useability (is that a word?). MS also has a sportier one of which I cannot remember the name which is pretty cool looking too. I am tall, so Memphis Shades works well for me.

You might also check of Windvest. They have a unique design which is supposed to be really good at protecting the rider but has a smaller and shorter windshield which helps you feel like you are keeping your cruiser look without having a useless windshield. The down size is it is a handlebar mounted windshield ( which I have been told is not favorable) and it is also a little pricey.

I can speak for the Memphis shades big top with a quick release. I did a 850 mile trip last weekend and I felt great. I can vouch for the clamps on the forks. They don't stand out that much. Feels great being able to ride a few hundred miles without falling flat on your face lol. Go for it dude!

+1 for the MS Big shot. I recieved mine last weekend, very easy installation and it is on there solid. It definitely makes a world of a difference once you get up over the 65+ range. The smaller one is called the Pop Top, can't say as to how well it does/doesn't work personally. I've read on here it gets the job done, but if you're a taller person the wind tends to hit you right in the face. I'm was suprised at how the big shot actually looked on my bike once I got it on there. Will try to post a couple pictures of it tomorrow.

I like the Wind Vest look and found them on Amazon (a little better price). Received it yesterday and am not dissapointed. Keeps the wind away from my head and the look is fantastic.
