Thanks for all of the input. My bags and fender just came in and I can't wait to get started on this transformation. I do plan on replicating the front of the concept interstate bagger. I love the way the front of that looks.

I think he means that the Interstate is already a bagger of sorts and probably easier to convert. The Fury is a chopper and should stay a chopper. Especially after it has a badass Sumo on it. That's my interpretation. Seems like a waste to me too. But it's not my bike or my money. More power to ya man.
