Paint the bar only blue.
If you have the time and money, you might want to paint the two triple trees blue also. That way you would have chrome sandwiched in-between blue and I think that would look nice.

I would suggest getting them powdercoated instead of painting, more durable. if you can find a coater close you should be able to match the paint.

It's more durable for sure, but I won't be able to go back to chrome if I don't like the look.

Chrome for my money.
I may be wrong but i think you may have to scratch the chrome up to provide a decent key for the paint/powder coat.
Scootworks had a set of OEM bars in their knockdown section for $50 last week. may still be there. You can have the best of both worlds then.

Default Need another advice

My Kuryakyn Engine Case Covers are going bad , chrome is thin and from polishing very often it's already have copper spots...

I have two options to choose from (beside buying another set):

1. Re-chrome (not sure if is going to be cheaper to re-chrome than to buy another set)
2. Paint to color match the bike

My side covers already painted. Do you think painted case covers will look good on the bike?
