I think it looks OK!, Its just not the same without that 250 in there. Do you plan on cutting that behemoth of a seat down?

Nice job I think it looks good and I like it but have a few questions. What is involved in the install of it and what is the costs. Does the the stock fender frame rails have to be cut to make this fender fit and would Tony's new rear mod help enhance the look of this fender by dropping the ass end a little more?

Stock support has to go completely. And no. The only support for this fender is the chrome struts you see on the outside

Default sumo-x fender stock tire

1) I am going to put the 250 tire and wide wheel i just have to do this mod in stages because of the cost involved .
2) Ihave been looking at the bike and thinking the L&M drop spring would be sweet
3) installing the kit was not really hard it was just a little nerve racking getting the holes drilled and the fender square on the center of the rear tire other than that it was easy .
4) I called Kurt to have a few questions answered and he told me that he was going to do a really indepth how to install the kit and post it to the internet just dosent know when he will have time to get it done .
5) yes you have to cut the rear frame out here are some more pictures

I'm wondering and if anyone feels me on this lemme know.

Cut the Frame
Get a Custom Fender Molded to give it a bobber look - or cut the stock one in 1/2
Put a bobber seat on the and weld the springs to the cut frame.
Aftermarket brake light turn light system
Hmmm I think it would look sick...
