Foot clutches are genuine suicide because if u lose balance it goes into gear. Smart to have hand clutch. If u could leave linkage, you could have both foot or lever

Mockup in wood is just about done, my friend is going to duplicate the wood components in 1/4" steel. Did anything ever come of this?.. I have been thinking about this myself, & this is almost the style lever & clutch I was thinking about. I was thinking of a pistol grip style with depressible clutch built in
