If you do remove it, remove the solenoid too then plug the vacuum line and tuck it away for later so you can connect to a hypercharger to make the flaps work ...

Machined some custom pegs. About 1.5" longer than stock to the start of the spike, allowing me to spread my legs a little. They are smaller in diameter than stock so they don’t drag much, even though they are longer, and let me stretch my legs out just a little further. Besides I think they look mean.
Also machined some passenger pegs. The fitment wasn’t perfect so I am re-engineering these. Can’t decide whether to chrome or powder coat them. They don’t match the front but I don’t care 'cause they look mean too. Might install a quick release pin so that they are multi-purpose… J/K
