If you could make me up what I need to have my rear single element signals function as just brake/turn, I will pay you whatever you want for the parts, your time/knowledge, and shipping!!

I think that's what you want. The brake lights will run on the full brightness and turns on the half brightness. 1. When brake is OFF, turn signal will flash half brightness on -> off
2. When bake is ON, turn signal will flash half brightness on -> full brightness on
Parts:
R1 - 5 ohm 2W
R2 - 150 ohm 1/2W
D1 and D2 - 1Amp Rectifier Diode
I can make them like this.
