My seat is held on with Velcro and I have no worries. The bike could go over a cliff and the seat would stay on.

i put industrial velcro on mine, aint going anywhere, put a circle of it on the bracket where the bolts go through, and the other where the bolts go through the fender......been over a year, seat is easy on, easy off, and nothing moves.................................t

Would it make sense at all to replace them with hex head bolts vs Allen screws to work them with a wrench instead (less clearance)?

BTW, good lookin' seat Seņor!

Well just saw the velcro only seat on the L&M seat on their website, you guys were right. My god they are proud of their stuff aren't they. $375 for a tiny solo seat?

I, too, was tired of removing those bolts. I have velcroed my seat on. Seriously, I figured where will it go with my butt holding it down. Now taking the seat off is simple.
