Custom hand controls.

Got new custom controls for only $160. The controls has 4 push-buttons (2 on each control). I will configure them as follows:

Left control:
1. Left turn signal
2. Horn

Right control:
1. High / low beam
2. Right turn signal

Will add additional 2 stainless push-buttons on the throttle housing ($12 each on eBay):
1. Engine kill
2. Start

Auto-cancel turn signals:
I will use the Harley turn signal module with automatic turn signal cancelling. Got the used module for $30 on eBay

Also will use the custom dual cable cable throttle housing (made for Harley and custom)

Custom controls locks the safety clutch and brake switches:
The clutch safety switch will be relocated to the transmission side(waterproof microswitch).
I will use banjo bolt with the brake switch ($12~$18 anywhere).

The throttle, clutch cables and front brake-line will be custom made by Barnett, they do this all the time (about $160 for whole set).

Nice. At this rate you're gonna end up on a magazine cover!

A seasoned pro is never surprised when he finds himself lying beside his bike, surrounded by a plume of catastophic yee-haw.

It's a little challenge. I'm designing the electrical interface module for the controls. Then I'll have to test it on the stand for some time before installing on the bike.

Haven't order the throttle and cluth cables yet, not completely sure about the length as I don't want to rout them in front of the trees.

Do the extra switches go in the holes or are they for the throttle cables

Who's the vendor for the switches ?

Holes for throttle cables are for throttle cables. I'll carefully drill and tap 2 more holes for the buttons in the housing.
