I should have posted this here to begin with but I didn't realize there would be as much interest in it as there has been. So with that said, I am posting it here to continue the conversation here in the right topic area.
Ok for those interested in these wind screens here's my plans.
I am going to make them for first 4 people that want one... First four people that pay for one, get one...
I'm then gonna wait for feedback. I want Feedback!!!
If the feedback I get is positive I'll make them for whoever wants one. But I want everyone happy with it before I continue as the Lexan is quite costly.
This is what I'm offering to start with:
1. Wind screens 3" taller then the Honda Boulevard. Same Shape, Same Design with the addition of the Wind Deflector at the top.
2. Wind screens 5" taller then the Honda Boulevard.
Both sizes include the deflector on the top of the screen as pictured below.
Ok now here's the part I've been struggling with... I wanna be fair to everyone but also compensated for my time and materials on these so here it is:
5" taller wind screen will be $85 which will include shipping in the US.
3" taller wind screen will be $75 and includes shipping as well.
To determine where it will be in relation to you sitting in the bike...Take a tape measure and sit on the bike and measure from the top of the OEM boulevard screen up. Look at where 3" and 5" is and that is where the top of mine will be. I think the 3" will work for most and the 5" for taller people. If you want the other size after getting it just PM me and we'll work out the details on swapping it out for you.
You MUST have the stock OEM Honda Boulevard to use this screen. I'm only offering taller replacement screens, NOT MOUNTING HARDWARE
So there you go... I'll let everyone know as they sell and once we hit 4 people we'll wait for feedback. Rest assured no-one will be stuck with something they don't like!
Honestly speaking I have found no effect on the bike at all...adverse or good. The bike handles exactly the same.
The 5" wind screen does move a little bit in turbulent winds but it is not any type of crazy movement... it just wiggles a little.
I rode the bike home from work yesterday in probably one of the worst thunderstorms I've rode in since I've been riding... It was truly NOT bike riding weather but I had to go home.
Winds were gusting 45-50 mph and were all over the place. Torrential rain etc etc. and the 5" on my bike was bouncing around a little bit but nothing serious. I also noticed that it was blocking allot of the driven rain from me.
If your leery, I understand. You might want to wait until other people start providing feedback and go from there with your decision.. I'm not going anywhere.
Can't wait to here some more feed back as i have the stock one and sure would like a little more protection, (coming home from bike nite at midnite sure get my fill of bug's lol)....
I'm working on them now and hoping to have them all ready for shipping by Monday..wait Monday is a holiday so hoping to ship Tuesday...
Give it a week or so and I'm sure some of the buyers will begin posting their feedback. I'm crossing my fingers that they meet everyone's expectations.
Like the wind screens, very nice and glad to hear that your able to share your talent of making them and offering them to others. What I do want is that chick bouncing her booty with the tats on her back, now that's truly art right there!!!
Ok all 4 have been sold and I'm not accepting anymore orders until these 4 are received and we get some feedback. I truly thank each one of the 4 and hope they meet your expectations.
Ok just an update for you guys anxiously awaiting your taller Wind-screens...
Both 3" are complete and ready for shipping.
Yesterday was my daughter's 17th Birthday so we had a big B-day party for her so I didn't get to work on them yesterday but I'm on my way out now to buy more supplies to finish the two 5 inch ordered. Looks like I'm still on target for a Tuesday shipping on all of them (Monday's a Holiday)
Ok this is the last from me for a while... They are all done, packed and awaiting the postal service Tuesday for pick up. I purchased all the shipping labels through PayPal so each of you should of got a shipping notification.
Please let me know what you all think.
In the future I'll have to either raise the cost of the Wind Screens itself or charge shipping because the shipping was quite costly due to the width of a couple of the boxes.
Anyway, I'll be anxiously awaiting your feedback guys and thanks again.
Great job making that many windscreens so fast and having them ready to ship! Most businesses could take a lesson from you and your work ethic. They usually can't even fill orders and ship em out that fast when they have a warehouse full of crap.
I can't wait for my wind screen to get here. Luckily for me I should be off from work when it gets here, I will have it on immediately. I will take some pictures, road test it and leave some feedback for the rest of you that may be interested.
I have no doubt at all I will be happy with it.
One of my biggest annoyances in life is waiting for shipping when I order something online. I am a very impatient person when it come to buying something and wanting it so I want to get them made and shipped as soon as possible so to not keep people waiting.
Sounds good...Lets see how the feedback is on this first batch and we'll go from there. I want to make sure they meet the expectations of my fellow Fury brothers and sisters before making another batch.
Just keep an eye on this thread and see what the buyers post. They will leave my possession tomorrow and be on their way.
Before I retired,my business designed parachute equipment for the Dept. of Defense and for expert skydivers.I appreciate your work ethic and honesty as exhibited by your e-mails.
I don't care about the $75.00.I am happy to support your effort in this venture.By the way,
I had 36 reserve rides because I didn't think of everything and I understand the difficulty of bringing a new product to the marketplace.

Can you pay close attention to the packaging and let me know if you feel it was sufficient for shipping these screens. I couldn't find boxes the right size so I had to make my own boxes for these.
I just sent a note to Jess and he suggested posting to the thread:
I'm pretty embarrassed -
I bought the +3" screen for a friend to try on his boulevard mount - but I didn't realize there was a specific boulevard for the Fury vs. Sabre... and the screen I bought won't work on his set up.
I DO WANT the screen (and would be happy to keep it) but won't be picking up the boulevard for my bike till after summer - I am a teacher and my summer income is zero, so my parts budget is very close to the same.
Jess is wanting feedback from the ones that are on their way - I won't really be able to give any feed back for a few months SO If there is anyone who was wanting the +3" screen - mine is due Friday (Jul. 8) and I'm willing to ship it to you for the same I paid - $65.00 including shipping.
Jesse,
Just saw your request... I will include feedback on the packaging also. My mail generally gets here after 4:00 so look for my feedback late Friday or Early Saturday.
