The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is for this very reason, but we will sit back and take it because too many are already on the payroll whether it be handouts or service jobs.

As currently written, the NDAA text affirms the authority to detain "a person who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces" under "the law of war without trial until the end of hostilities," and authorizes "transfer to the custody or control of the person's country of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity."[6] The Udall Amendment [7] forbidding the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens was rejected by a vote of 38-60.[8] However, a later amendment to preserve current law concerning U.S. citizens, lawful resident aliens, and others captured within the United States, sponsored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, was accepted 99 to 1.
I highlighted the sections people need to pay attention to before you go all "Walking Dead" on people...

Furthermore you can read the bill here

Honestly it's no worse than what the Patriot Act induced.... and everyone was OK with that, why are we buying ammo now?

Oh right I forgot, It's that Black Communist Muslim guy... I forget how prejudiced this country STILL is...

This Amendment is no different than the Patriot Act which was headed up by your Crony... So I guess that makes him a Communist as well? Right Bob? Or are you going to forget about that little piece of legislation also?

FYI it's 2011 not 1960... I think it's time the human race grew up and recognize everyone is EQUALLY privileged to exist on this blue marble.

---What is different is the mentality nowadays....we've eroded big time, imo. Note I said WE.....I'd take my CRONY anyday of the week over your DOOFUS when it comes to National Defense and International relations.

It is disturbing... But I'll say it again what makes the Patriot Act any less disturbing for the sake of banter???

Yet you'll blame the current president who put no input what so ever in this bill but of course you'll think of something derogatory to say when/if he veto's it, my rebutles to your banter inducing comments are for educational purposes only not to wage political warfare as you like to think.

This has been floating around since May 2011...where was everyone then who are opposed to this now to stand up and not let it happen? No one snuck anything under our noses... ALL H.R.'s (House Resolutions) are public record, I gave you the tool in past posts and again in this one, I can't force you to use it though.

I'll give you the criminal piece as a valid argument for equallity, Hmmm what would Jesus do with them? As far as mass degradation... if the GOP keep going to war and cutting taxes more teachers will be cut from budgets and fuel the GOP's master plan of dumbing down America.
