Thanks for the responses fellas. The stone has passed, 5mm, wow!!!! Definately the worst pain I have ever had. Felt like someone stuck me in the back with a Bowie knife. I had the meds to widen the urethra which helped.

KenD, the family is doing ok. Things are about the same but docs are positive and we got a solid plan for when the baby comes. Thanks for the prayers.

Lucky u. I can't believe my stone took a month to pass. "Holly shit 5mm!". What ever u do, don't leave that thing laying around. Someone might trip and fall over it.

Wow! I've never had them and from what I've read here, I definitely hope I never will.

I guess my steady diet of lots of alcohol in the evening and water all day long is working.

I'm with Steveo on the alcohol intake. I've never had stones, knock wood, but with my alcohol intake my gout flares up sometimes. I'd rather have a migrane and two toothaches than the gout. And those on here that have suffered with gout, eat cherries. They really work as far as a natural remedy.
