Who picks they games broadcasted

Ok I'm in Dayton Oh and looking at the guide to see what NFL games are on tv today. I get jets v dolphins or saints v panthers. I would much rather watch packers v lions or pats v bills. Given the closeness to Detroit and Green Bay I would think I could watch that game. Guess not rant over.

I was at least able to see highlights of my Pats drop 49 un answered points on the Bills! Now the Lons just need to pull one out in GB.
