Alright for conversational value lets go ahead and say the May dates are when we meet, what does everyone think??? The location can be discussed over the next coming weeks but I'm putting in for Friday the 18th too ride Hopefully with all of you !!

Many will have to put in for vacation time or simply plan to take off the Friday or Monday and the dates need to be set quickly. I'm in for the May 18-20 as well.

1. Closer to the beginning of riding season'
2. Most will be ready to 'get it on'.
3. May get a better turn out as the summer typically gets 'full'.

Next thing to consider is getting a head count on who will be attending and from where, then pick a location.

After a 8 hour drive, well I would like to sit back and mingle, let my ass recoup for a all day Sat ride.

Is this not what you all done last year? Thursday/Friday drive in?

That sounds good to me. I'll be riding to the meeting spot Friday to hang for awhile see nice bikes & meet good people , then meet everyone Sat am for a all dayer

Friday everyone arrives and hangs out. Last year we got checked in to the hotel, mingled for a while then went to a restaurant for dinner. After dinner we went back to the hotel then a few of us (fury rider & me) went on a beer run. Spent the rest of the evening telling lies and enjoying our favorite beverage.

This year Saturday should be dedicated to riding. I don't know the area, but it sounds like lil' MF'R' has a game plan for a 3-4 hour ride that includes site seeing. I would figure since we don't drink and ride, Saturday we end up back a the hotel for more lies.

Sunday is open and depart whenever.

If you need mods done, then maybe you could come on Thursday and hook up with Mike.

It's early, so I guess everything is open...
