If anyone wants to help
I don't normally do this, but I think it is worthy. If you wish to help, call Ed on the phone he lists and see what he needs or let him know what you can do. This isn't a scam. No obligations, if you want to help, call Ed.
Thanks,
Bob McDonald

Message for all MS PGR Members Active service member and his family in need of our help
A National Guard member of the 113th who is currently deployed over to the sand box received the news last night that his home and all his belongings were destroyed in a house fire that his wife and two small children barely escaped injury from. They have lost everything. He will be heading home within the next day or two.Numerous organizations and individuals are stepping up to assist this family and we as the PGR will volunteer to take over the responsibility of finding a new home or apartment for them to move into in the Madison area if at all possible.. I am hoping that we can raise enough funding (aprox $2,000) to cover at least the first month's rent and the deposit to get them into a home asap. Any funds left over would go towards any other needs that have not been taken care of to get them back to normal. To make this happen asap please send funds the same way we do to purchase items from the PGR OF MS store. Please make the check out as follows;
ED BAKER, MS PGR
101 DONNA ST
GULFPORT, MS 39503
On the "FOR" line please note HOTH assistance, in reference to Help on the Homefront program that we are running. All funds will be turned over to Dean Jaynes our HOTH coordinator so that we can get this family into a home as quickly as possible.
Please step up and help this soldier and his family get back their lives on a level playing field.
