#@%* POS Honda won't start
is what a customer told me yesterday. Brought in a four wheeler he bought new from us in April," now the #@%* POS will not even start, the brakes don't ffffnn work, I've got the extended warranty and you HAVE to fix it"
I told him we do not accept dirty/muddy 4 wheelers, and he would have to wash it before I did any work, "F*** that I'm not washing it, that is your job", told him fine, we charge $100 for ME to do that, and I wasn't going to warranty anything on that . "F*** that, I am calling Honda and reporting you", told him I would get him the number, came back with the phone number for Honda Customer service and my camera, "what the F*** are you doing" . Told him I was sending pics of his 4 wheeler, with those big after market tires and the ton of crap all over it to Honda right now so they won't have to call and ask why I am not warrantying it.
The first pic is under the seat where the battery is SUPPOSE to be, the blue rag thing is the relay for his winch, wrapped up in a rag and taped.
Guess that is why we are called "STEALERS"

I work for a Honda dealership also but for cars. Its the same with cars. I had a guy with 147000 miles on his car and he wanted Honda to pay the bill for his bad tranny. What a joke. He said he found a forum where people said they had the same problem so Honda should just fix it. Last time I checked 150k out of a transmission is good, not a defect. People just want too much stuff for free.
