I agree Jr has the design and senior is the business. it will be interesting.

Anybody know if Vinnie is going to come back and work with either one of them?
Vinnie and Mikey will be with Paul JR. along with a couple other past employees.
I always thought Vinnie was a huge factor in building these bikes. He does it all.
I'm not sure if he is better then Rick at fabrication though.

I think Rick was a master metal fabricator. He could build anything out of a sheet of metal. Like everyone else has said. Jr has phenominal design ideas, and the common sence to bring in other people for ideas too.

Mikey was all about appealing to the masses. American Chopper would NEVER gone as far as it has, if it wasn't for Mikey. Im not discounting that Sr. was a good buisness man, but his kids played an equal part in marketing the appeal. Companies paid OCC to build overpriced motorcycles, because they wanted their names on a VERY popular TV show. Mikey and Jr played as much, if not more, of a part in the popularity than Sr. did.

Im curious to see how the judge sees it. I can't imagine that any judge would let Sr walk away with all of it, and give Jr nothing.

Personally, I think Sr. is a bumbeling idiot. All HIS designs look the same, and just like when Jon and Kate + 8 split up, Discovery/TLC will be smart to follow Jr and Mikey.

I do think that one of the coolest bikes they ever built was the I-Robot bike for Will Smith that was off the hook loved the front fender

i agree about the yelling/shouting--turned me off--hence, I turned off my tv. too much stress watching those episodes.

the theme bikes did get out of hand. imagine having to be TURNED ON for every customer who wants to see their nuts/bolts/logos/beer cans/tractors/hood ornaments on a motorcycle. it can't be easy copping out like that; even for the money. that would have driven me to drink, too.

i saw the Paul Jr. bbq grill at home depot the other day. nice looking. great for tailgating-it is football season again, t/g!

Rick is probably the most talented of them all when it comes to actually fabricating and building a bike. Sr. was smart not to let him get away. If I recall right, didn’t Rick have to drive 1 ½ hours each way to get to OCC everyday?
