Maybe I am misunderstanding what this act is, but to my knowledge, several states already recognize other states CCL. I know for a fact that all the states around my home state of Kansas recognize my CCL.

Wow! That is going to be a long day. Here in Kansas it was an 8 hour course split into two sections. 4 hours on Friday evening and 4 hours on Saturday morning, which included qualifying with your weapon.

I think that would be good, but I bet there's no way it's going to happen, especially in California.

I do hope it passes though.
