i read a consumer article today that stated 78% of customers have walked out or otherwise notified a vendor that they were unhappy with service or purchases.
78% of us have done that.
tough times call for tough action on the part of the consumer.
sorry to see quite a few businesses close down these days; but, take a look around your town and note who has not closed--
do you do business with them? if yes, then...why?
did that waitress say no to you when you wanted extra cream cheese and guava--
she said that to me. cream cheese and guava jam on hot Cuban toast is MANDATORY and this waitress told me those items were only offered on the lunch menu.
i was willing to pay the $2.75 side order charge--she still said NO.
i haven't been back in over a year.
