Just a word of warning to all that might buy from leatherup. If you have to return something expect them to take their dear sweet time accepting your package. I sent a product back that was damaged on arrival to me. I sent it with insurance and delivery conformation. The USPS tried to deliver on June 2, and they left notice. They still haven't gone to get it thus delaying my refund. I don't play those games so I stopped payment today and I will never purchase anything from them again. I am sure there are a bunch of you who have had good exchanges and will continue to be customers and thats great. Just a little buyer beware of personal experience. And yes I have made a couple of calls to them and have gotten now where.

i read a consumer article today that stated 78% of customers have walked out or otherwise notified a vendor that they were unhappy with service or purchases.
78% of us have done that.

tough times call for tough action on the part of the consumer.

sorry to see quite a few businesses close down these days; but, take a look around your town and note who has not closed--

do you do business with them? if yes, then...why?

did that waitress say no to you when you wanted extra cream cheese and guava--
she said that to me. cream cheese and guava jam on hot Cuban toast is MANDATORY and this waitress told me those items were only offered on the lunch menu.
i was willing to pay the $2.75 side order charge--she still said NO.

i haven't been back in over a year.

I have bought everything for myself and my wife from LU and returned several items (Needed another size) and always had fast service, guess it just depends on what employee is handling things i guess ??
