Cool Old School

For you young guys (20’s and 30’s) here is a little slice of how we did it when I was 20 something (yea, we had motorcycles WAY back then).
My thing was the “Digger” style, I am too short for the raised and stretched.

Enjoy.

The diggers are cool. I can't imagine the seats on those things (if they have one at all) are fun to ride on.

I rode my Denver digger (hardtail and 1 inch thick seat) from KC to LA with no problem.

But I was a hell of a lot younger back then.

I'll have to dig up a photo of my old chopped bike, it was a Triumph 650...Put it together from pieces and parts.....rode it to high school back in 70-72. Florida had a helmet law then....

Not sure what year it was, but the frame and engine were bonneville.....overbored the cylinders 3 times....sometimes I'd have the spark advance set too far and would almost be thrown over the apes when I kick started it....didn't need a key.....loved that bike! Had apes, big old harley headlight, teardrop tank, glass packs, king and queen seat.....would shake the windows in the brick house when it was idling on the centerstand in the driveway......fun times!!!!!

Damn Shorty how old are You ??? just kidding I'm 32 and love the old school and Love some of the new stuff . What I find amazing about this forum is when I check out some of the members profile are the pics I see of the actual member and how much older they are then I am . For some reason when I am on here I must think in my own head that most of You guys are around the same age as me and I am totally wrong . Let me ask this question and this is to all you older members " Is the Fury Your mid-life Crisis ????" haha just kidding guys just sounded good ...
