I folded and gave him what he wanted and there fore have not seen him but during the time I get to watch him on the ice playing hockey. Just really frustrating that they do everything they can to keep him hidden... I have done nothing wrong to him or his mother but it is getting really hard. She moved out of her residence over two months ago and I have no clue where she is so I am fixing to change this by the first of the month... I stopped the child support allotment and will be sending her a cashiers check via certified mail that will not be forwarded so I will just keep it in the safe when it comes back and what to hear from her... which will not be to long since she is living off my sons child support.

Well back to work and thank you all once again for the words of encouragement.
Watch out on the child support thing, that is the one area she can get ya jailed on.....And sounds like that would be the one thing she would give ya...

Child suupport is court ordered everywhere, so if you don't pay it your in violation, no matter what she has done...just be careful there. If she is not atking care of your son, or is abusing him even mentally contact the local office if State Children and Family Services. I know they suck.....I really know because that is who I work for here in GA, ( I'm not a touchy feel good kind of guy tho) but once in a while there is someone there that takes their job seriously...They can also help you find an Attorney sometimes.

Good luck man Prayers are with ya....

Don't get me wrong folks... I am not stopping the child support, I am just not making it as easy for her. I will mail the support on the 1st of each month and may pay her each week with a portion of the next month but it will be a cashiers check and through certified mail from this point forward. She will have to find time to go to the bank some where in her busy schedule to keep my son away from me is all.

Make as hard as ya can for her, but like I said watch out... she sounds like the kind that would go to a judge and accuse you of not paying the first time the mail is late, or she is too wiped out and forgets to deposit the check.....Keep good records, document everything, no matter how minor. Keep a journal, with dates, times and anything that is said from her, the grandparents, or even your son.
My best friend went throuh pretty much what you going through years ago and his ex almost got him locked up because she lost her key to the mail box and couldn't get her check once. But he was able to show that it had been mailed and the charges were dismissed. It almost ruined his Air Force Career.
