Well went to a blue's and bike show (Sponsered by Tillies HD) They had ten catogory's for bike's in the show (I was sure there would be Metric ..My bad) they had Old HD, New HD, Old HD with bag's, New HD with bag's, HD that are black Ect. you get my drift.... So i entered the only class they would let me in Full Custom..About 1 hour later a bike builder with brand new custom ride's show'sup (Dealer plate's) $ 50 K plus i would estimate...Then the best part the judges come out looking like ZZ Top complete with HD du rag's, HD leather vest's the whole nine yard's.. long story Fury Zero HD all the good's

I rode through a sea of HDs & parked in the Cntr ! I had a grin from ear to ear knowing I was sitting on the coolest bike there!

Anymore HD's all look the same to me. Don't know why, but I came to that realization the other day. How can you get 10 catagories of HD's?

I went to HD and checked out all they had to offer and the one new Dyna that was even interesting was a horrible ride,so I choose the white 2011 Fury and got everything I wanted & then some!

But, really, you also know they want your bike. Had you left the bike and walked away, they'd have been looking and oggling and thinking ... ok, maybe thinking is a stretch

For every group, I think, that you run into like that ... there are 100 others who will put preferences aside to compliment your Fury. The rest are just in denial.

Better luck next time Mike. Figured everything there would be Harleys. I know your bike and guarantee it looked better than 95% of the Harley's there. Being put in the custom category is what hurt. Hard to compete with those high dollar machines. Keep at it. You'll get that trophy yet..........

I stopped by Friday afternoon and there was maybe 10 HDs in Tilleys parking lot... I parked my Fury in a parking space directly across from Tilley's front door. After walking around for about 30 min. I saw about 5 bikers around my bike... a 60 year old guy (the oldest of the groups) stated, "Saw you hit the air ride when you parked it... Thats one tricked out Hog brother." I had to state, "I appreciate the kind words brother, but its not a hog... Its a Honda." Lets just say there was a moment of silence... lol!

Were nice guys though and the conversation was good, but left after only there for about an hour.
