Any thoughts on what Shanny's doing?

Personally I think he's doing the right thing but at the same time may be doing too much too soon.

I'll jump in! Hockey is life in spite of what Sea Dawg says about stick and ball sports lol.
Glad we won our home opener last night. We are number 1 in the league right now with 7 points. No one else has more than 4. Well we'll see how long that lasts. But still no Sid, and Malkin has missed 2 games and no Orpik. But in addition to a lot of depth, Bylsma is a helluva coach. I do expect the Sabres to be a good team this year too. Sorry Paul I don't see Toronto doing much this year, but ya never know....it's a long season! We'll be riding again before it's over.

^^^Bunch of sore losers. When Detroit won the cup in Pgh everyone applauded them and their win. When we won in Detroit they all boo'd.

Did you read the article (Mckenzie I think NHL.com) that said Detroit was Promised by Bettman that if a new/existing team moved that detroit will then go back to the east??? The southeast???

With Winnipeg back look for a re-alignment....

Got the hated Capitals tonite. But at least Malkin and Ovechkin are doing a fundraiser/patches for the Lokomotiv team. Hope Malkin plays tonite! No Sid however.
I read tht article....the Red Wings ARE supposed to come back to the East. Guess they'll never see another Cup run cause they can't compete in the east lmao.

Just saw on the site that Crosby is cleared for contact!! Woo-Hoo!!! He's wearing a black helmet in practice today.

The reason they boo'd in Detroit is because Crosby didn't have the nuts to get in line and shake hands. He's a pretty boy that spits on the traditions that make hockey the sport that it is.

Crosby went thru the line after shaking Osgoods hand first. Lidstrom left the line early because he was pouting.



Oh, by the way, the Red Wings can SUCK it!
