Default Anyone upgrading to new iPhone

Anyone with a current iPhone upgrading to a new one? My old iPhone 3g that my kid plays with died. I dont care about scratches or dings, as long as the battery life is good and the screen is good, I'll buy it for cheap.

I need one so my kid can stop taking my wifes phone. He loves to play educational games and keeps him quiet when we have to take him to "quiet places."

My company pays for my phone, but I don't think I'm eligible for a new phone 'til after 2 years (or it's lost/stolen/broken/dead). However, if I could, I would now go to the new iPhone 4.

The photos are 10x better and there's a flash for the camera ... finally.

The ONLY thing that makes the iPhone suck - lack of Flash (Adobe Flash). But, I'm not sure if you've noticed, less sites are sticking with Flash for their websites. What did Steve Jobs really know (or do)?

I have the iphone 4 and i dont plan on getting the new iphone 4s. Its like every six months they come out with a new version. I cant keep up. Plus it gets expensive $200 each upgrade plus another two year contract.

Check out iHospital. I gave my 2 year old my 3GS when I got the iPhone 4, and the backlight went out on it recently. I spent 89 dollars getting it fixed. May be an option for you.

And if you're going to get a new phone for yourself, the iPhone 4S is coming out today or tomorrow. Finally, a dual core processor and more ram!!

You can look for places that will repair it much cheaper than buying a new phone. I know that out here in San Diego there is a place called Volt Mobile & Tech that repairs the iPhone. My GF works at Lifeproof which is a impact resistant, dust cover that can be submerged up to 6.5 feet and will not be damaged. You can find them online and at best buy. I am not selling the product, just putting out the info for those that dont want to keep paying for repairs. The company really backs there products to the point that if your phone gets damaged they will repair your phone for you... just a thought.
