Wider Rear Rim
Why hasn’t anyone made a stock looking wider rear rim for the fury yet? One that would accept a wider tire but wouldn’t require a new tail section and new fender. I would like a wider tire but it doesn’t have to be a 300+. This has been brought up in the past and still thing it would be a great solution. A 220 or 240 would be just fine for me.

If memory serves me they do have a place that widens the factory rear rim for a 240 and you don't have to mod anything but will have very close tolerances. It just didn't look AS good as a sumo X kit but was noticeably wider than a factory tire.

Low and mean made a video on this. The entire cost was only around $850.
It was a video for a 240. Makes it 3/4 of an inch wider then stock by cutting the rim and adding to it.
But yea, You would think someone would just sell a fury line of rims to accommodate a 240 outright. I for one don't think it changes the look enough though.
Found it: 240 tire on a Modified stock rim VIDEO

Also, tdebeers widened his RC Components rim... send me an e-mail if you're interested.. Also, once I get the other rim that I am buying widened, I will have my old rear stock wheel to sell, so we can keep the pattern going.

the 240's and 250 go on an 8.5" rim.....that's all, anything less is redundant.
the jump is from 210 to 240, really nothing inbetween, the 240 won't fit in the rails, (unless you squish it on a rim that's thinner than what should be).
be thankfull for what it is, could be worse, stay tuned for the Sabre.
Don't make any plans soon for a 18x6.25, I doubt it will happen unless a whole lot more OE's jump on that size.
ever thought about doing the 17 x 6.25 and running a Metz?????
We have that blank. I think it would look good.
