Exclamation Group Buy Alert - RoadLock

I'm arranging a group-buy from RoadLok for the integrated caliper lock that attached to your front caliper:

ROADLOK || XGC Metric Cruisers

This is the model for the 2010 Fury:

Stay tuned how this will work.

But, right now I've got an offer of 20% off if we get 10 buyers from the FuryForums and 25% if we can get 20 people to buy. We're just working out the logistics.

Chime in if this interests you for a preliminary head-count, please!

Holy sheep shit batman, $300 for that lock, I'm all for security but I think that's way over priced. I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I was bored and figured I would give it lol. Be gentle on me as I'm almost a fellow Floridian lol.

It's $225 if we have 20 buyers.
If any buyers have Geico insurance, they get discounts on their motorcycle insurance.
State Farm does not currently offer a discount for implementing this lock; I have State Farm and asked.
I can't say what Allstate, Progressive or 21st Century offer.

Yeah I have to call Progressive when I get a chance and change my insurance from TN to FL, hopefully it drops as TN is a fairly high state for insurance, also have to get new tags for the truck and car, which I had just renewed my tags in August for those two vehicles, bike is due this month anyways so luckily I didn't renew that one. Lots to do lately.

Can you find out if they make it for the ABS fury. And can you find out how much gold they put in those damn things.

I find it odd that this testimonial states the RoadLok works:
Quote:
"I was hoping that I wouldn't have to write a testimonial so soon but......oh well. Woke up this morning went to my garage, bike gone. My bike was stolen with another bike that had a LO-JACK. Within an hour we were at a warehouse (chop shop) with the police. My bike wasn't there. These guys were sending bike parts out all over the place. Literally boxes everywhere. The guy there quickly gave up the guy he supposedly got the bike from. Because of the Roadlok my bike didn't go far (about 5 blocks north of my house). So the police call me to tell me to come get my bike. It was is someone's living room..... The Roadlok prevented the thieves from riding the bike away...... Here are some pics. Sad that I just got it back from the shop but at least I got it back. Roadlok works.......period. Thank you Roadlok! BTW, I told the Police who actually ride about the Roadlok.......and they want to purchase ones for their bikes." -D. Aronsohn

Seems had they stolen this one bike with the RoadLok and NOT the other with the LoJack, they'd have never known where the bike went.

In short, you are right. When you have (pardon my French) basturds like that then you really have no hope. The only thing you can do to stop them taking you bike is to never be off it. Even then there are group/gangs that really don't care about killing what ever is in there way. Sorry just letting of steam because a mate of mine had his bike stole not to long ago. We got it back because they tried to sell parts to another mates breakers yard.

o-m-g kiowa--you moved after i told you not to?

do you realize what that's going to do to our weather patterns, son?
we may never have another hurricane down here; you are singlehandedly wiping out my sole source of income: i'll never get enough inventory of generators to sell on the roadside. all my sources will be too busy shoveling the snow you brought with you.
darn it to heck, kiowa...just darn it!

i haven't heard sheep shit ( or is it sheep-shit, or sheepshit, or, for the southern anal retentives out there sheep-she-it). i'm going to start re-using that at work instead of the tried and true "holy f*** priscilla!!!")

$300 seems a little high, i agree. but, if we all buy-in 225.00 is not bad.
me, i'm waiting for my trusty Honda front end lock to toally rust out so i can have Alan say: "TOLD YA SO, SKAPP"
