Im sure the dealer will say its impact damage but didnt hit anything in the 6 weeks I have owned it besides small pot holes. Now I have a front Powder coated rim and possibly tire to replace and IF the rim is availible with the powder coat from factory I am sure it wont be cheap?! Dont know till I get it to the dealers if this rim can be repaired ? But if it wasnt for bad luck I wouldnt have any luck at all This Xmass is going to suck !

Don't know what insurance you have but I would turn in a claim if I were you.

Yep it tis the season for putting the bike away
Rained and windy today here now sitting at 48* a far cry from last weekends 82* with the rain and wind most of the trees are bare
But on the upside my bike is torn apart and the winter mods have begun
sorry to hear about your bad luck but at least you noticed it now and not while you were riding!
just think April is only a long 6 months away

I assume when I was riding the last god knows how many days it's been like this?! I did see a stock wheel is around $700
plus powder coating Might be cheaper to get different set of rims not the stock ones?

Did you buy GAP insurance when you bought the bike? If not I would strongly recommend it, Last year when I totalled my first Fury the main insurance was only going to pay a little over $10,000 and I owed just short of $12,000, The gap insurance paid everything over what my insurance didn't including my deductable.

Got wheel back yesterday & it looks great Have to take the OEM white and mix it with a flat black to get as close a match as possible on the few little scratches but I'm back on the road !!
