POWER COMMANDER SIMPLY DON'T WORK.... NEED HELP... please

SO :
In first easy install. every thing is simply

In second : switch doesn't work :

Test : I have send only one map with all "0", then I had changed all "0" by "-30" and send the map. Engine stop directly.
So PCV take the map, but when i Send two maps the first with all "0" and the second with all "-30" and I flipp the switch to map 2. Engine should be stopped directly. But nothing and it's always "current map 1 who is dysplay on the laptop
So, this test really show that there is a problem...
Config is ok : I had try all options : switch on port 1, or two, test the switch, check the connects, etc, etc....

Switch doesn't work....
Someone can help me ?

To Configure Map Switch
The map switch allows you to switch between two different maps within the Power Commander V.

Select Power Commander Tools Configure Map Switch.

Select the Enabled box to enable or disable Map Switch.
Note: Map Switch can be used for multiple maps or to turn Auto Tune on/off; however, you cannot use it for both.

Click OK to accept the changes.
Or
Click Cancel to close the window without changes.

Once Map Switch is enabled, click Send Map.

Click Position 1. This will send the map to position 1.

To send a map to position 2, click Send Map, and select Position 2.
This will send the same map to position 2. You can modify this map and send the modified map to position 2.
Or
Modify the map on the screen, click Send Map, and select Position 2.
