Good bye little brother, I love you.

You obviously are good people. Words don't really "cut it" - but we all are sorry for your loss. Prayers are with you.

It's always a bummer to hear or read about a rider gone. I recently lost a good friend of mine to a collision he had on his Duck so now I can truly relate to friends of this great guy. I actually came to the forums today looking for info on hard bags and a front wind shield and I saw Steve's ride, got excited because it is pretty much exactly what I was looking for then immediately got bummed. Now I just feel selfish trying to find info about his great looking gear... \:

I send my best to his friends and family and will definitely go enjoy some Colorado mountain ride for him and his today. Would someone message me if they have more info on his great looking gear on the side? I don't want to intrude on this memorial thread!

now, about that patch, Bonesy...Shorty would have run off about half a dozen versions knowing how picky we all are.

frankly, i want the patch you came up with.
make sure the colors contrast enough to stand out from his cartoon.
size approx. 3"x4"

thanks Bonesy, great idea.
Richard, nice tribute.
can you send me a decent res. jpg of that. it's going up in my office...as a reminder to my fellow geeks.

After coming home from Sturgis, I just read this thread and my heart sunk like a stone. I met Steve at the Dragon and still cannot believe that he is gone. My prayers go out for his family and friends and rest assured that he will not be forgotten.

We'll ride together again Steve and I still won't be able to keep up!
