Thumbs up Cobra USA "BIG PROPS"

I just wanted to let everyone here to know my experiance with Cobra USA. I emailed them this morning about my issues with thier Fi2000R that I installed on my 2010 Interstate. (LED's staying on, different colored exhaust from front and rear pipes and no differance with or without the controller hooked up). I got a reply back with a phone number to call if I was having issues. I called and talked with Andre whom quickly put me in touch with Phil. I explain my situation to him and gave him the info he wanted. He apoligized for my troubles and stated that some of their FC were shipped out with the wrong harnes. He also stated that he would build me a new harnes, hook it up to a new FC and ship it to me tomorrow. I would have it by the weekend. Included with the new FC, would be a prepaid envalope to ship my current FC back to him after I hooked up the new FC and was satisfied with my new one. So my purpose of this post was to let everyone know, What a stand up company Cobra is, in my opinion. Thinking of the customer first! hard to find these days and times.

Also, I would like to THANK all of you on this forum for the valubale information I used troubleshooting this issue. After reading all the post about issues of others and learning from them I went through all the steps before contacting Cobra.

Default Cobra

Glad to hear it... Phil helped me as well.

He walked me through the process of combining two Powrpro Boxes to get one to work properly.

That is the way you handle issues with defective products. Not charging the customer for the new one and then issuing a refund when the old one returns.

I have the same FC and have had zero issues. I'm happy with it.

I'm glad they got you taken care of.

Sweepers/Fi2000R/powerflo here without any probs, but thats how they are supposed to work!

Its nice when you buy the three major components for power from the same manufacturer. They better work well together, that's why I bought them.
