I remember having a conversation about this last year. I kept getting pm's from a guy who was a member but never posted. He kept telling me to never do business with the company being discussed in this thread. He claimed he waited over a year for ordered parts and never received them or his money. Every time I posted in that thread he would PM me telling me not to order from him. In the end he convinced me not to.
I don't get these guys. It seems they do good work but the CS sucks. Some people have great things to say about them with no problems and others get taken. I believe last year Stump posted how he cant get anything done because people are always calling him asking where there parts are. He said he wasn't going to hire someone just to answer the phone. I don't know about you but if I was getting that many calls I would think it would be a financially smart move to hire someone to take the calls?

I sent him a rim..which I haven't received back, was going to have it widened and chromed... He said he'd "call me" when he had it done... his words "if you bring in your Chevy to your dealer, usually he calls ya when it's ready right?" a year later, still don't have that rim that I paid money for the rim is down the tube, plus shipping... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH STUMP!...

I've ordered from them w/o issue. Very odd the inconsistencies we all experience.
