X-Choppers customer service
ordered some risers from X-choppers got the risers but did not get the spanning tool to put them on with I have been trying for a week now and no one will answer my pleas... If this is the kind of customer support I can expect from them then they have lost me as a customer!

I had the same problem with them when I ordered the Sumo-x swingarm, they nevered answered the phone or returned my e-mails. I had to call sumo-x, I will never do business with that company again.

i ordered my lowering spring from them, big mistake, after 2 weeks to see if it had shipped and about 15 emails inquiring about my order, i got all kinds of attitude about how they were "too busy" to respond to emails and basically if i didnt like it i should shop elsewhere.......so i do.................t

Wow, thanks for heads up! I almost ordered the handlebars from them. Going to look elsewhere.

Did you told them that you are a member of the forum with over 1400 members and will give them a "good" advertisement?
