Hey... Has anyone ordered anything from these guys??? I've tried calling them and can never get anyone to answer their phone. I've tried numerous times through out the day for the past week or so and can never talk to anyone. I've left a message and no one would call me back. I've also e-mailed them and never got a response from anyone either.

I was thinking about ordering a radiator grille for my fury, but I was wanting to talk to someone first. I'm afraid to order from some place if you can never talk to anyone cause what if there is an issue with the order... Has anyone put one of their radiator grilles on??? Any issues??? Any help greatly appreciated!!

Strange? I've had good customer service from them and would have to recommend them. Great quality and originally they sent me the wrong grille but, was Johnny on the spot with the correct grille. Go to member galleries and look Smiley for pics. One tip, use masking tape on your frame to protect it when installing your new grille.

Okay... Thanks Man!! I was debating on whether to get the polished stainless steel or go with the matte black, since I have the white/black fury but I have chrome on it too! So I'm still undecided on which one to order. That is if I can ever get ahold of anyone.

Okay...Just checked my inbox and Martin sent me a response just a few min ago. He appologized about it taking a few days to get back to me, and so all is GOOD NOW!!

Top notch vendor that I would recommend to anyone interested in one of their products that they produce, something must be up if they haven't gotten back with you, but you are the only person I can remember ever saying they couldn't get a hold of them. They replaced a grill of mine that had a crack in it without charge and that was after having it for a year, just had to pay return shipping on the cracked grill.

I got my Irate grill on sale thru Ebay a sweet deal at the time!
so it came here and I never installed it and sold later... They will ship and you ll get your grill no worries!

I have emailed and called Marty finally got him on phone and we talked about some custom stuff for the Fury a year or so ago..

They are there and seem to be active so maybe give them one more shot!
