Default Low/Mean Spedo Gauge Faces

Has anyone changed out their speedometer gauge face? I was thinking of getting one from LowandMean, was curious if anyone had changed theirs or not?? I downloaded the directions from their website, didn't seem to difficult but didn't know if anybody had any input?? Any pros or cons??

Lots of us have. If you want something custom check out Webslinger. If you send him an image you want he can put it on a speedo. Mine is in my album. He does an awesome job and it is only $35.

Webslinger is good people and great products. Be careful when pulling needle out, take your time or you will be running to the store for superglue

There is an install video somewhere, anybody got the link ?

I just did mine 2-3 days ago, and if all you have is a fork, just stick the very tips of the fork under the center of the needle, not back far enough where the fork begins to curve. The idea is you need to pry straight up, not any horizontally, or like already stated, you will be going for some superglue. If you do resort to superglue you need to let the needle dry for a full 24 hours before putting it back together or the fumes from the glue will dry and adhere to your fingerprints inside the speedo due to lack of air flow to carry them out and everything will have a chalky haze on it. I speak from experience and want to save everyone else. Don't put it back together until the superglue dries fully.

If you spend $3 on the tack tool, it lifts straight up and will save you potentially the hassle of snapping off the needle with a fork.
